As a People Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR data throughout the entire employee lifecycle for the Italian organization. Working in an international Shared Services environment, you will combine HR administrative responsibilities with employee support, acting as a trusted point of contact for Italian-speaking associates while delivering an excellent employee experience. Your contribution to something big: Manage and maintain employee master data throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding; Support organizational management activities, including organizational units and position management; Perform HR administrative tasks in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements; Respond to employee inquiries through HR support channels, ensuring a customer-focused and timely service; Contribute to process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and system testing activities; Collaborate closely with HR teams and stakeholders in an international environment.
