About the role
Operations First point of contact for the centre, meeting and greeting all visitors and customers. Serve refreshments upon request by customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, to achieve high customer satisfaction and client retention. Handle clients' requests in a prompt, timely and professional manner. Deal with clients' complaints to a satisfactory resolution. Assist in monitoring license expiry dates and engage clients early for renewals. Sales Create and maintain customer databases. Ad Hoc Perform ad-hoc assignments and any other duties as assigned. Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
