Position Summary This role acts as an end-to-end learning partner, combining instructional design, program facilitation, consulting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build impactful leadership and professional skills training, handle session logistics, and continuously evaluate data to drive employee development and organizational success. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Dynamic Facilitation: Lead highly interactive workshops and training sessions focused on professional and leadership development. Assess participant comprehension in real-time and adjust delivery to maximize learning and engagement. Instructional Design & Content Creation: Translate broad organizational needs into engaging learning materials. Design and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and training exercises using established instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Stakeholder & HR Collaboration: Partner closely with HR business partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business leaders to ensure training programs align with broader company strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to provide guidance on professional development opportunities. Program Management & Administration: Oversee all logistical and administrative requirements, including session scheduling, preparation, and post-training follow-up. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Analyze participant evaluations and track learning trends. Use these insights to refine course materials, measure training effectiveness, and implement strategic improvements.
