Instructional Design & Content Creation: Translate broad organizational needs into engaging learning materials. Design and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and training exercises using established instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Stakeholder & HR Collaboration: Partner closely with HR business partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business leaders to ensure training programs align with broader company strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to provide guidance on professional development opportunities.
