- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en administration RH, office management ou workplace experience;
- Excellentes compétences en organisation, planification et communication;
- Esprit d'équipe, attitude positive et approche proactive orientée solutions;
- Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office ; une expérience avec des SIRH est un plus;
- Maîtrise du néerlandais et de l'anglais.

Manage office operations, including supplies, groceries, lunches, and overall workplace logistics. Organize engaging activities such as birthday celebrations, happy hours, and team events. Support onboarding and integration of new hires and interns. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and guide them to the right resources. Support People & Culture operations (HR systems, benefits, payroll coordination, communications, and external partners like the Company Doctor).
