Responsibilities
- He needs to regularly updates himself and encourage his subordinate staff adopting the industry best practices by conduction formal/informal sessions.
- To operate the plant safely and efficiently during his shift.
- To participate in the plant daily morning meeting giving input regarding plant operational needs.
- To issue and cancel work permits in the capacity of Senior Authorized Person.

- To make periodic rounds of power plant observing conditions, note abnormal conditions and take corrective actions.
- To maintain a record of all such correspondence with Gas Seller and Power Purchaser as required under O & M agreement, PPA and GSA.
- Education and/or Experience
- Graduate engineer with a minimum of 5-7 years working experience in similar capacity in power plant Technology.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively to employees of the organization.
