Responsibilities
- Human Resource Functions
- Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.

- Manage office administration and procurement of office supplies.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, banks, and government agencies.
- Coordinate freight bookings with forwarders and shipping agents for import and export shipments.
- Verify and maintain shipping and import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, bills of lading, and import permits, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain proper filing and records of shipping and customs documentation.
- Assist with invoice payments processing, staff claims reimbursement, petty cash management, and other administrative support duties.
- Support company events and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in HR, finance, and administration.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR administration, and work pass matters is preferred.
- Knowledge of import procedures and shipping documentation will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
