The Clinical Area Director of Nurse Practitioners at GuideStar Eldercare (GSE) is responsible for deploying, empowering, supporting, and optimizing clinical practices that involve nurse practitioners across each region of GuideStar's service market. This position collaborates with other operational leaders and the executive team in developing strategy and aligning strategic vision and infrastructure to successfully build and execute the Model, driving growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Ensures that GSE clinicians provide consistent quality, service, and improved outcomes for behavioral health patients in all facilities GuideStar serves. The Clinical Area Director of Nurse Practitioners will work at our Corporate office in Crown Point, Indiana when not fulfilling position-related travel obligations.
