As Finance Business Value Partner you will be responsible for leading robust investment decision analysis and value creation initiatives across the LATAM business. Reporting to the Senior Performance Management Leader, you will support disciplined use of cash and strategic capital, enable sustainable long-term growth, and strengthen the finance organization's role as a trusted business partner Impact of the Role The Finance Business Value Partner plays a critical role in reinforcing financial discipline, supporting the P&L with actionable insights, and ensuring that investment decisions align with long-term value creation. This position helps position finance as a strategic business enabler, enhancing profitability, optimizing the use of capital, and driving sustainable growth across the LATAM region. Lead evaluation and prioritization of strategic investment opportunities that support organic growth and profitability. Develop and institutionalize a disciplined framework for investment decision making, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and rigorous business case evaluation. Manage the full CapEx cycle for assigned initiatives, including planning, execution tracking, investment analysis, capital benefit evaluation, and post-investment reviews. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure investment decisions drive measurable value and align with P&L objectives. Actively influence business leaders by challenging assumptions, identifying risk/return trade-offs, and facilitating choiceful decision-making. Provide deep insights into pricing, market investments, and other growth drivers through detailed P&L analysis, with a zero-based and value maximization mindset. Regularly communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic financial planning and prioritization. Promote financial rigor and discipline throughout the organization by elevating understanding of investment impact and long-term value creation. Requires: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred. 8-10 years' experience in Multinational Companies (FMCG, Chemical, CPG, Food & Beverages, and so on) at Commercial Finance, Performance Management, Marketing/Sales Business Partner, Reporting. Solid financial and accounting foundation with strong comprehension of financial statements, valuation, and profitability analysis. Advanced capability in investment project analysis (NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivity/scenario modeling). Demonstrated experience in CapEx management, project prioritization, and benefit realization tracking. Proven experience in full P&L ownership, with emphasis on new projects, growth initiatives, and zero-based analysis. Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling using Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
