The Impact You'll Make in this Role As(n) Solutions Trainer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The person hired for the position of Solutions Trainer you will engage with our customers both remotely and onsite to facilitate training for our Solventum™ HIS software customers. Here, you will make an impact by: As a (n) Solutions Trainer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leads demonstrations, and training for our customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended Learning & adult learning concepts. Implemen ts Delivery of web -based and Live classroom training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training Supports project implementations with pre and post-go live participation with key project stakeholders. Determines applicable Training plans in coordination with customer and implementation resources Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (5) five years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from AND (11) eleven years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environment In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: 3 years of Experience in Inpatient, outpatient or Professional coding 3 years of experience in HIM, Revenue Cycle 3 years of experience as coder in Hospital setting Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: RHIA/RHIT Credentials, CCS Certification Experience with Solventum™ Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS),Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ Skills include Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment. Work location: Remote-United States Travel: May include up to 50% [domestic/international] Must be legally authorized to work in a country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
