Assistant Manager, L&D (Public Agency)

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of organisational capability development initiatives and provide secretariat support for learning and capability programmes.
• Assist in the management of learning budgets, training funds, and related administrative processes.
• Administer and maintain Learning & Development systems, including Workday and LEARN.
• Develop and maintain learning analytics dashboards to track training performance and provide actionable insights.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools to enhance learning operations and coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives, including Brown Bag Sessions.

Requirements

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong budget management and data analytics skills (Tableau preferred)
• Experience with learning management systems (Workday, LEARN)
• Competency framework development experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, project management capabilities
• Experience in designing learning interventions and facilitating group discussions.

We are looking for a candidate to support capability development initiatives, including L&D operations, systems management, learning analytics, and process improvement. Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: Up to $6,500/month
