Job Description: Position Summary Guggenheim is seeking an experienced, motivated Junior Trader to join our Fixed Income Structured Products Group (SPG) Trading Desk in Chicago. Reporting directly to the Head of Fixed Income Trading, the candidate will be responsible for supporting senior members of SPG by analyzing trade opportunities as well as tracking P&L, booking trades, reviewing offering documents, analyzing asset portfolios, and running collateral analyses. This position will also require strong collaboration with our salesforce and operations groups to facilitate customer requests and market the product and sector. Essential Job Functions Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting preferred 1-3 years of experience in capital markets FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 preferred Quantitative and analytic skills including advanced use of Excel and VBA Macros Proven ability to assess risk and liquidity
