Sr Financial Analyst - FT - Days - Financial Analysis and Planning @ MV

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Two (2) years' experience in an analyst or similar position in healthcare, preferably in an acute hospital setting having related responsibilities and duties.
• Knowledge and use of AI in financial analytics preferred.
• Experience with VIBE coding preferred.
• Solid understanding of decision support systems, cost accounting principles and financial systems.
• Experience with decision support system, ie TSI, EPSI, Meditech, McKesson HPM or similar preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills a must. SQL database experience a plus.
• Salary Range:
• $57.75 - $86.62 USD Hour
• Sedentary Work - Duties performed mostly while sitting; walking and standing at times. Occasionally lift or carry up to 10 lbs. Uses hands and fingers. - (Physical Requirements-United States of America)

Act as a liaison between Finance and department managers for financial performance and budget variance report. Works with the management team to create annual capital and operating budgets, bi-weekly productivity monitoring, and monthly variance analysis. Performs special projects and duties as assigned, including new departments or programs system set up, and problem solving around system and budget variances.
