Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of applicable transportation design experience
- Professional Engineer in Oregon
- MicroStation and Inroads and/or AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
- Effective communicator with excellent writing skills
- Committed to technical excellence and meeting client needs
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Experience with transportation agencies in the Portland area, including PBOT, ODOT, and TriMet
