KeyResponsibilities 1.Community Engagement and Public Relations Support Ju Eng Home's community outreach and engagement efforts with donors, volunteers, community partners, corporate groups, schools, religious organisations, grassroots groups and other external stakeholders. Build and maintain positive working relationships with external partners to support JEH's mission, services, events and resident welfare activities. Act as the main coordination point for community-related enquiries, visits, donations, volunteer activities and partnership opportunities. Assist in promoting JEH's work, services, events and community impact through approved communication channels. Support publicity and communication efforts, including simple write-ups, event highlights,newsletters, posters, captions and other communication materials where required. Ensure all external communication is professional, respectful and aligned with JEH's image, values and confidentiality requirements. 2.Donation Coordination and Donor Relations Coordinate donation enquiries from individuals, companies, community groups, religious groups, schools and other organisations. Manage and coordinate donations-in-kind, cash donations, festive gifts, sponsorships, food items, resident welfare items, equipment and other forms of contribution. Liaise with internal departments to confirm JEH's actual needs before accepting donations,especially items that may affect storage, safety, food handling, infection control or resident suitability. Arrange donation delivery, collection, receipt, distribution and handover to relevant departments. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all donations received. Liaise with Finance/Admin where required to verify donation details, receipts, donor information and acknowledgement requirements. Follow up with donors in a timely and professional manner. Maintain good donor relationships and support future donor engagement opportunities. 3.Thank-You Letters and Donor Acknowledgement Prepare thank-you letters, acknowledgement letters, appreciation notes and donation-related correspondence for donors, sponsors, volunteers and community partners. Ensure all thank-you letters and acknowledgement records are accurate, properly written and issued in a timely manner. Verify donation details with the relevant department before preparing acknowledgement letters. Maintain proper filing of thank-you letters, acknowledgement records, email correspondence and supporting documents. Assist in preparing donor appreciation messages for approved social media posts or internal reports. Ensure donor recognition is handled appropriately and in accordance with JEH's policies, PDPA requirements and confidentiality obligations. 4.Volunteer and Group Visit Coordination Coordinate volunteer applications, volunteer enquiries, group visits, corporate social responsibility activities, school visits, religious group visits and community service activities. Liaise with internal departments to plan suitable activities for residents, such as befriending, games, performances, festive celebrations, craft activities, welfare activities and other resident engagement programmes. Arrange visit schedules, venue booking, activity timing, manpower coordination and necessary logistics. Ensure volunteers and visitors are briefed on JEH's rules, resident safety, infection control requirements, confidentiality, photography restrictions and expected conduct. Maintain proper records of volunteer attendance, group visit details, activity types, feedback and follow-up actions. Monitor volunteer and visitor activities during visits where required to ensure activities are conducted safely and respectfully. Work with Nursing, Operations, Admin and other relevant teams to ensure resident safety and smooth coordination. Support post-visit follow-up, including appreciation messages, feedback collection and future engagement planning. 5. Eventand Activity Support Support the planning and coordination of JEH's community events, festive celebrations, donor events, volunteer activities, appreciation events and outreach programmes.
