You will contribute on embedded software/firmware of connected products for video surveillance, smart sensors and security. Creating software/firmware components in C/C++ and Python. Developing, maintaining, and contributing to Yocto-based embedded Linux build systems. Included in a multidisciplinary team you will interact with different stakeholders located in Ovar and other worldwide R&D locations. Creative and ready to come up with innovative approaches and solutions. Academic Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge in coding of C/C++ and Python. Knowledge of embedded Linux operating systems, shell script, and Git is considered a plus. Knowledge of video applications software development is considered a plus. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Behavioral: Ability to analyze and debug problems (critical thinking). Communication skills. Willingness to learn. Team player (worldwide projects with different cultural backgrounds).
