Team Leader Social Impact and Policy

Responsibilities

• Lead development of social impact strategies and plans
• Oversee policy development promoting equity and inclusion
• Manage and develop high-performing specialist team
• Coordinate research, data analysis and insights
• Build strong stakeholder and community partnerships
• Oversee funding applications, compliance and reporting
• Drive evaluation frameworks and long-term impact measurement

Requirements

• We're looking for a strategic and people-focused leader passionate about community outcomes. You'll ideally bring:
• Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of social impact and community development
• Experience leading teams and driving high performance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Advanced written communication and reporting capability
• Strong project management and strategic planning experience
• Ability to analyse data and deliver actionable insights
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and community outcomes
