About the role

What You Can Expect : - Generate new and existing D-level account GP by maintaining strong customer relationships via phone, email, and digital channel for wider outreach Generate NEW Outbound Leads and prospects to identify business potential, shipment patterns, and buying behaviour. Close monitor of the market fluctuations, competition behavior from the customers and revert feedback back to pricing & product team internally What You Bring: Minimum of 2 years' experience within the freight, transportation or logistics industry. Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds. Articulate with excellent telephone manner; Comfortable making cold calls. Ability to work independently as well as under pressure in troubleshooting situations. Possess strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Strong service orientation. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred. Positive attitude, and a friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers over the phone and via email. Strong work-ethic and integrity. Fluency in written and spoken English.
