Job Summary: Responsible for day-to-day logistics specific departmental activities and management of data entry activity and shipment tracking. Responsible for liaising with other internal departments, mainly laboratory, sample services and site support services for the management of daily in-house operations. Essential Job Duties: - Loading & managing shipper/consignee information and relevant transportation procedures. - When applicable, managing dry ice information accounts with providers and execute address changes as required. - Document all transportation service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete. - Support other Logistics functions with laboratory testing or pre-analytical or post-analytical requirements questions. - Assist Administrators, Analyst and management within the department with administrative tasks as assigned (e.g. Tracking and Tracing Shipments, follow-ups Work Order Status).
