About the role

This will include contract administration for any variation or change for both Sub-contracts and Main Contracts. To follow up on monthly progress claims in a timely manner. Involved in respective site, client, and consultant meetings, Liaise closely with project sites for related claims. Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in Construction sector Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Contract Manager
