Requirements

  • 15 + years experience leading and developing high-performing B2B employer healthcare sales teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing employer sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
  • Experience selling complex healthcare, benefits, or enterprise solutions.
  • Experience building relationships with employer decision-makers, healthcare consultants, brokers, and strategic partners.

As Sr. Director of Employer Sales at Virta, you will lead the strategy, growth, and execution of our national employers in the mid-market (1,000 employees and above). You will serve as a senior leader within the commercial organization, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate market expansion, develop high-performing sales leaders, and scale repeatable growth systems.
