- What You Need
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- At least five years of experience in advisory or consultative sales environments required
- Proven success winning new business and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles required
- Demonstrated experience carrying and achieving revenue targets required
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline and CRM proficiency required
- Excellent written, presentation and negotiation skills required
- Experience selling multiyear agreements for analytics, research-based, advisory, consulting or solutions-based offerings preferred
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios preferred
- Native-level fluency in French required; professional fluency in English required
- Experience using AI to enhance productivity, insight generation or sales activities preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Berlin office at least three days per week required
- Eligibility to work in Germany required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
