Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry; sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience or exposure to food ingredients, FMCG, beverage, confectionery, sweet, or savory categories is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license with no major offences.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, plus market analysis and strategic account planning capability, is an advantage.
  • Customer-centric, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
  • Adaptable and positive, with the resilience to manage changing customer demands and market conditions.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

This role reports to the Key Account Manager, T&H Solutions, Thailand, and works as part of a team of 6 colleagues.
