More and more of how Zowie wins happens in a room, not a feed. The AI Agent Academy, CX Mastermind, executive dinners, the conferences we're building next - these are where business leaders decide we're worth their trust. If you love the thrill of putting together great events (bringing the right people into a room, crafting the atmosphere where the valuable conversations happen naturally), and you've spent years producing those rooms, this is it. Maybe you've done it inside an enterprise marketing team. Maybe at a B2B conference publisher, or events agency. You've built formats from zero, run portfolios of events across the year, kept partners coming back, and MC'd from the stage - it's the core of the role at Zowie. What you want now is to own the whole thing - the strategy, the room, the result - and to do it inside a modern, scaling AI company where it truly moves the business. You'd partner directly with Maja (CEO) on Zowie's offline calendar. You'd decide which trade shows we sponsor, which conferences we speak at, and which dinners we host. You'd set what "premium" looks like here, with the budget and trust to make the calls. If this is the work you've been looking to do, we should talk.
Requirements
- You've built premium events from zero. Executive dinners, owned conferences, roundtables, and roadshows. Real budgets, C-level guests. You can name the rooms you built from a blank page to lights-up, with your call on the agenda, the speakers, and the partners.
- You have taste. Executives in the room can tell.
- You think commercially. You care who is in the room, why they came, and what pipeline it creates. You partner closely with Sales on what happens after, and you can trace the pipeline back to the room.
- You make ideas real. "An executive dinner for insurance leaders" comes back with the venue booked, the guest list locked, the agenda built, and the follow-up planned. Fast.
- You stay organised under real pressure. Three events in parallel, senior guests, real money. Nothing slips.
- You can host. You can run a room of senior leaders, MC a conference, and represent the brand on stage without it feeling rehearsed.
- You're AI-native. You draft, build decks, and run research with AI by default. Years in the field have not made you slower or more dependent on a team.
- You're willing to travel. Trade shows, new markets, owned events - you go where the value is.
- B2B SaaS field marketing, executive events, or community building - ideally in CX, IT, banking, fintech, insurance, retail, or logistics
- A track record of building repeatable event playbooks alongside SDRs and Sales
