About the role
Reports to the HR Assistant Manager Works closely in partnership with HR team members and organisation's core leadership team. Direct responsibility in driving recruitment efforts for locals. Initiate innovative recruiting strategies through various means (Community outreach, Social Media etc) Continuous posting of job ads on all recruitment platforms. Arrange interviews for candidates at the earliest possible timings with relevant managers. Prompt reply to candidates' queries. Register & participate in job fairs for local recruitment. Prepare the necessary onboarding processes and documentation. Handles onboarding, orientation, handling welfare matters of staff to the organisation. Proactively makes sure that all staff have taken the necessary trainings for compliance and identify further training and opportunities working cooperatively with department heads. Clear and tidy documentation of HR, trainings, competencies and other relevant documents. Assist in handling other HR duties when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any fields are welcome.
- Preferably minimum 3 years in an operational management or operational HR role
- Experience working in Healthcare or in Service Industry would be advantageous.
- Initiative-driven, pro-active, hands-on and able to think creatively.
- Able to work and think independently with little supervision.
- Willing to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning other online IT applications.
