Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial environment
  • Multi-trade maintenance background (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and maintenance operations effectively
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and make decisions aligned with business objectives
  • Expert in PLC programming, VFD systems, and Allen‑Bradley controls, with strong troubleshooting capabilities
  • 7+ years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial setting (Global Operations standard)
  • 10+ years of experience in an engineering or reliability discipline (for Reliability-focused roles)
  • Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) or predictive maintenance programs
  • Experience managing large teams, contractors, and capital or maintenance projects
  • Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
