Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial environment
- Multi-trade maintenance background (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and maintenance operations effectively
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and make decisions aligned with business objectives
- Expert in PLC programming, VFD systems, and Allen‑Bradley controls, with strong troubleshooting capabilities
- 7+ years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial setting (Global Operations standard)
- 10+ years of experience in an engineering or reliability discipline (for Reliability-focused roles)
- Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) or predictive maintenance programs
- Experience managing large teams, contractors, and capital or maintenance projects
- Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
