See German version below. Introduction to the job Within Operations EUV Clamps, you lead a manufacturing group at BER 02 with a focus on qualification. Your team ensures that components and processes can be reliably transferred into serial production. You operate at the interface between Development, Manufacturing, and ramp ‑ up, creating clarity in priorities and delivering robust, data-driven results. You lead a team of three Team Leads and approx 60 employees , shaping how collaboration and accountability are lived in daily operations. You challenge the status quo and drive change, strengthen your team in delivering quality and ownership, and bring the right perspectives together so decisions are effective and sustainable. This is how you create results that hold up in daily production and drive the progress of manufacturing. Role and responsibilities You provide disciplinary and functional leadership to Team Leads, shift leaders, and employees, continuously developing your organization. You plan and steer the operational processes of your manufacturing group with a focus on daily, weekly, and long-term output targets. You ensure compliance with key performance indicators, particularly in quality, lead time, safety, and cost. You are responsible for medium- and long-term capacity and resource planning in close alignment with Manufacturing Management. You coordinate workforce allocation within your group, including shift and vacation planning. You lead and drive operational formats such as shopfloor and team meetings, ensuring transparency in daily operations. You collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and actively contribute to improvement initiatives as well as ramp ‑ up or NPI projects. Education and experience You hold a technical qualification, for example as a technician, master craftsman, or a comparable background with relevant professional experience. You bring 5 years of experience in a production environment, ideally close to shopfloor operations. You have gained initial or multiple max. 3 years of leadership experience in guiding teams or organizational units. You have experience in driving improvements or developing processes and workflows. You are confident in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). You have experience working with ERP systems ( e.g. SAP). You are fluent in both German and English , written and spoken.
