About the role

Our Client is hiring a Senior Support Worker who will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
  • Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
  • Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
  • Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent in Adult Care) - essential
  • Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Hours & Pay:
  • 37 hours per week
  • £13.50 per hour
  • Sleepovers paid at £64 per night
