Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in equities trading, institutional brokerage, sales trading, electronic execution, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of global equities markets, market microstructure, exchange trading rules, and trading workflows.
- Sound knowledge of institutional execution services including DMA, algorithmic trading, care orders, and high-touch/low-touch execution.
- Familiarity with trading systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), and market data platforms.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle processes, including order routing, trade execution, allocation, affirmation, settlement, and post-trade operations.
- Knowledge of electronic trading connectivity, FIX protocol, and exchange/broker connectivity is highly advantageous.
- Ability to analyze market activity, trading flows, liquidity conditions, and execution performance to support client trading needs.
- Strong awareness of regulatory requirements, best execution standards, and market compliance obligations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trading, operational, and connectivity issues and drive solutions.
