Responsibilities

  • As a Commercial HVAC Account Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing relationships with commercial building owners, facility managers, property managers, and decision-makers throughout your territory.

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC sales experience.
  • Proven success selling commercial or light commercial HVAC solutions.
  • Experience working within Commercial, Industrial, and Mechanical (CIM) markets.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and present value-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory.
  • Experience in selling value-based solutions with financial justification
  • Ability to understand mechanical systems and basic HVAC control programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Equivalent industry experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Industry certifications are highly valued.
  • Experience selling HVAC service agreements, maintenance programs, retrofit projects, or energy efficiency solutions.
