Organization: Section of Surgical Sciences Job Summary: Join our team as Lead GME Administrator and play a central role in supporting and coordinating day-to-day operations our Graduate Medical Education (GME) program. In this role, you will lead a team of 10 GME Administrators, guiding work across key functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for incoming and current residents. You will ensure the program consistently meets regulatory and accreditation requirements, maintain accurate and timely program documentation, and serve as a primary hub for communication among residents, departments, attending faculty, institutional leadership, and external partners.
