About the role
Job locations are accessible by MRT (Orchard Area) - To perform troubleshooting ,inspections and examinations, troubleshoot as per customer's complaints or upon actual diagnostic. - May require to Contact customer via phone Call/Whatsapp/SMS to provide quotation for out of warranty repair and update repair status should there be additional fault or for fault verification. - To repair and replacement of defective parts, components or upgrading softwares to rectify the fault within the expected repair time. - To conduct maintenance checks to ensure quality and efficiency of devices - To meet all required repair KPIs.(eg. Repair turnaround time, quality of each repair...etcs) - Adhere to OEM and Company's SOP to achieve KPIs and repair processes - To update all daily repairs into the (including reporting of common faults found during diagnosis or repairs) service repair system. - Ensure technical table are neat and tidy at the end of the work day.
