- What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, required
- At least 10 years of professional engineering experience required
- At least two years of experience managing full-stack or product engineering teams required
- Demonstrated success leading teams of eight or more engineers through complex, multi-quarter product launches required
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to contribute to architecture discussions and code reviews required
- Excellent cross-functional partnership skills, especially with product and design required
- Track record of hiring and growing senior engineers required
- Experience leading teams through a product platform or ecosystem transition preferred
- Background in B2B SaaS, edtech or assessment-driven products preferred
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML integration patterns preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Omaha office at least three days per week required
