Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions
• Build and maintain code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura
• Configure platform features such as objects, flows, validation rules, and reports
• Use AI tools to improve development productivity, automate tasks, and enhance code quality
• Identify opportunities to embed AI across development, testing, debugging, and optimization
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop integrations, data migrations, and automation workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across frontend and backend
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Requirements

• 4 or more years of Salesforce development experience (SDLC)
• Strong hands on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
• Experience with Cloud (value add)
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and integration patterns
• Understanding of asynchronous processing such as Batch, Queueable, and Future methods
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices
• Exposure to AI assisted development tools or understanding of AI concepts
• Knowledge of secure coding and platform security practices
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
