Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration testing (SIT/UAT) and oversee overall test governance for S/4HANA projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across modules and interfaces.
• Manage progress tracking, issue resolution, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Serve as the key coordinator between business teams, functional groups, and vendors.
• Support planning and execution of cutover and migration activities.
• Provide PMO support, including governance, risk management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP System Implementation PMO
• Strong experience working on ERP or S/4HANA projects.
• Strong background in integration testing or UAT coordination.
• Proven experience in PMO activities and stakeholder management within system implementation projects.
• Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
• Business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or JLPT N2) is a MUST have for liaising with Japanese-speaking business stakeholders and regional teams.
