Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the dishwasher, ensuring proper washing, rinsing, and sanitizing procedures.
  • Keep the dish area clean and organized throughout your shift, adhering strictly to all cleaning and sanitation guidelines for food safety and health code compliance.
  • Pot & Pan Sink: Manually scrub and sanitize pots, pans, and kitchen tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to cleanliness and organization.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as bending to clean floor drains and climbing equipment/ladders.
  • Highly dependable with a positive attitude and a proactive willingness to assist the team as needed.
  • Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

UOES leads the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service operations, supporting student life, academic programs, research initiatives, athletics, alumni relations, and major campus events. Dish Crew This entry-level position is perfect for individuals starting their journey in a professional kitchen environment. As a Dish Crew member, you'll develop foundational skills in kitchen sanitation, organization, and support, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
