Senior Manager, MAC Relationship Analysts

Requirements

• 7-10+ years' experience in banking/financial services
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong exposure to agribusiness or rural banking (highly desirable)
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and risk
• Expertise
• Deep understanding of:
• Client onboarding & due diligence
• End-to-end deal lifecycle
• Credit, financial analysis & risk management
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Capability

You will: Drive consistency, capability uplift, and best practice across the MAC analyst cohort Lead and develop a high-performing national team of Relationship Analysts supporting our largest and most complex agribusiness clients Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding, value-driven client outcomes Lead initiatives that simplify processes, enhance systems, and improve operational efficiency across MAC and the broader Country Banking business Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement meaningful change to elevate client experience and service delivery Influence strategy and ways of working at a national level to support sustainable growth Champion innovation, simplification, and operational excellence across the function Engage and align stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide outcomes With significant visibility across the business, your impact will be felt in shaping performance, strengthening culture, and enabling sustainable growth.
