About the role
We're hiring several Operations Analysts to support the monitoring of our growing fleet of grid-monitoring devices. As an Operations Analyst, you'll serve as a critical part of our 24/7 operations team, reviewing device-generated events, identifying potential issues, and escalating incidents that may impact the power grid. We are hiring across multiple shift schedules to support around-the-clock operations, with a strong preference for candidates available to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. Pay Range: Hourly rate (in USD): $6 - $9
Requirements
- STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
- Proficiency in English - must be able to efficiently communicate event information
- Basic understanding of data analytics and anomaly detection
- A passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, proactive, able to perform duties without supervision
- Being willing to work night shifts and weekends
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
