Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the service operation such as equipment start-up/commissioning, inspect, troubleshoot, repair &maintenance of equipment
• Standard range of equipment include compressors, filtration equipment, gas generation, natural gas dehydration and biogas machinery
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors and suppliers for job execution
• Monitor the field equipment's yearly spare requirement and follow up with clients on spare replacement and maintenance recommendation
• Assist in the achievement of aftermarket sales budget set by the management annually
• Manage products warranty administration
• Communicate with clients, factories and dealers relating to technical and service issues
• Support local clients mainly with some overseas travelling when necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Requirement:
• Min GCE O level, Diploma in mechanical/ electrical engineering is preferred. ITE graduates with relevant experience in equipment maintenance are welcome to apply
• Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in service maintenance;
• Experience involving mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
• Possess strong analytical/problem solving skills and good report writing skill
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
• With dynamic personality to work in a fast environment
• Possess Class 3 driving license
