岗位说明 | Job Description 本公司现招聘实验室操作工，主要负责实验室日常操作及基础检测工作，支持生产及质量控制部门，确保实验室运行符合公司及客户标准。 We are currently hiring Laboratory Operators to support daily laboratory operations and basic testing activities, ensuring compliance with company and customer quality standards. 岗位职责 | Responsibilities 负责实验室日常样品处理及基础检测操作 Perform routine sample handling and basic laboratory testing 按照标准操作流程（SOP）进行实验及记录 Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for testing and documentation 根据规范流程操作实验设备，并接触少量化学品进行相关操作 Operate laboratory equipment according to procedures and handle small quantities of chemicals when required 维护实验室设备及工作区域的清洁与整洁 Maintain cleanliness of laboratory equipment and workspace 协助进行化学/物理检测及相关实验工作 Assist in chemical and physical testing activities 完成上级安排的其他相关工作 Perform other duties assigned by supervisor 任职要求 | Requirements 有实验室或化工相关经验者优先 Prior laboratory or chemical experience is an advantage 有染料或贵金属实验室操作经验者优先 Experience in dye or precious metals laboratory operations is an advantage 能使用中文沟通，能与中国团队协作 Able to communicate in Chinese and work with China-based teams 工作认真负责，细心，有纪律性 Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented 能适应轮班及夜班工作安排 Willing to work shift and night shift
