You will be: designing, developing, and maintaining shared Python libraries used across multiple teams and services, contributing to the development of a schema management toolchain supporting a large-scale distributed platform, improving platform reliability, maintainability, and developer experience, collaborating with engineering teams to define and implement reusable solutions and best practices, supporting observability and monitoring initiatives across distributed systems, contributing to CI/CD processes and software delivery automation. Your profile: 4+ years of experience in Python development, experience designing and maintaining shared libraries, SDKs, or reusable components consumed by multiple teams, hands-on experience with GCP Pub/Sub, practical knowledge of distributed tracing and observability concepts, including OpenTelemetry (OTEL), experience working with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines, understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures, ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills in English (min. B2), practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery. Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
