Job Description & Requirements These ITOs provide 24x7x365 support to data centers located in Kallang and AMK. The work scope includes (not exhaustive): Monitor and respond to alerts from Automic, SFX, emails, ITOM, CCTV, BMS and Netbackup with proper ticketing and Level 1 support Monitor and control the execution of batch jobs so that they can complete within the critical batch window and not affect online performance Provides smart hands for round the clock critical data center support Ensure safety and security of the data centres Any other duties as assigned from time to time
