Engineering Manager - Government Cloud We're hiring an Engineering Manager for a new Government Cloud product team. This new team will be responsible for building and operating product features and functionality related to: Building and operating the AWS GovCloud environments that host Tines for Public Sector customers Standing up support for highly secure, isolated, and air-gapped networks - our Government Cloud offering Authentication and access methods required by federal agencies (e.g. smart card / CAC-PIV) Audit logging, records retention, and in-product features that make audits, compliance validation, and evidence collection easier Continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and the documentation and evidence needed for FedRAMP and CMMC authorization Acting as the escalation point for operational and compliance challenges across our government environments As the Engineering Manager for this new team, your job is to help ensure Tines stays a great place to be an engineer. This role is about supporting your team, helping them be effective, growing our organization, and fostering a healthy team culture. Location: You can work fully remotely from anywhere in the US with a preference for being based in the Greater Boston Area. Here, you can make use of our Tines office space in downtown Boston to meet up with other members of the MA engineering team when you wish.
