Objetivo General Desarrollar y mantener su portafolio cuentas asignadas . Rentabilizarlo a través de negociaciones de alto impacto, ofreciendo ofertas de valor que generen un ganar para con las partes involucradas, implementando las mejores estrategias comerciales. Tener un buen entendimiento del modelo de negocio y brindar una excelente atención al merchants para lograr relaciones comerciales exitosas a largo plazo. Las principales responsabilidades del rol son: Revisión y análisis de cartera asignada enfocada a la rentabilidad Seguimiento a las solicitudes especiales de los comercios segmento small merchant Dar seguimiento a los KPI´s mantener niveles óptimos y buscar la mejora continua Mantenimiento a nivel sistema sobre la información y ajustes en los comercios Registrar y dar seguimiento a actividades en CRM Manejo de conflictos, análisis y planeación Presentaciones a nivel ejecutivo El perfil necesario para el rol es: Licenciatura en carreras administrativas, marketing, negocios internacionales o afines Conocimientos de Excel, Power P, Experiencia en puesto similar Apply now and Vibe with Us!
