Marketing & Event Specialist (Asia)

Responsibilities

• Work Location
• This role requires approximately 20% travel across the Asia region (roughly 1 to 2 times per month).
• Plan and execute events ranging from intimate briefings (15 to 30 attendees) to large-scale trade shows and customer activations (up to 5,000+ attendees)
• Support webinar logistics, landing page updates, and lead capture
• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy
• Coordinate event logistics for local trade shows, briefings, and trainings
• Manage materials, shipping, and setup for marketing activations in Asia
• Assist with campaign localization and regional content updates
• Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting
• Partner with Sales and the Sr Marketing Manager to align on needs and priorities
• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy
• What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and collaborating across time zones
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Familiarity with marketing or event software a plus
• Ability to operate independently and learn quickly

• You'll use AI sponsored by Axon (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, etc) to help summarize event tasks, format checklists, update communications, and manage repetitive coordination needs. AI will enable you to work faster and stay organized across multiple events and timelines.
