Working Location : Near Woodlands/Marsiling Responsibility: -Act as the first point of contact for all transportation-related enquiries from parents, students, and staff. -Handle all transportation-related enquiries, feedback, and complaints from parents and staff. -Address feedback, complaints, route change requests, and emergency issues with appropriate follow-up. -Coordinate daily bus routes, driver schedules, and student transport lists. -Liaise with bus vendors and drivers to ensure punctuality and service standards. -Maintain accurate transport records, billing details, and service documentation. -Monitor vehicle servicing, compliance, and safety requirements. -Coordinate incident reporting and documentation when necessary. -Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned
