Job Description: Seeking PACU RN! Recovery Room PRN, work as needed based on department need Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area Baptist Health Floyd The PACU Nurse provides responsibility and accountability for a direct, comprehensive continuum of care for surgical patients. The PACU nurse is a highly trained nurse whom is assigned with many vital responsibilities with goal of avoiding post-surgical or post anesthesia complications in the condition of the patient. Requirements
- Diploma RN
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required
- ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
- PALS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
- At least two (2) years previous Surgical Services, Critical Care or ER experience preferred
