Please note: this is an in office roles, 5 days per week in our SF office. What will you be doing? Own end to end recruiting for all SF based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and executives. Drive full lifecycle searches across both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) functions. Proactively source top talent and build strong pipelines in competitive West Coast markets. Run rigorous calibration and closing processes, including navigating complex compensation and equity conversations. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while elevating Merge's brand in SF. Use recruiting data and insights to improve hiring speed, quality, and overall process efficiency. Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and tooling What experience/skills are required? 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles. Startup experience in a fast paced, high ownership environment. Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and hiring high quality talent. Strong ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail. High ownership, scrappy execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity. Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Modernloop, Brighthire, or similar tools.
