- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic / Electromechanical or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent.

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the design of electromechanical relays ideally in Railway but could be automotive, aerospace or other similar industry.
