Responsibilities
- Casework Administration
- Oversee casework administrative processes to ensure timely enquiry management, accurate client data maintenance, proper documentation, and effective service support.

- Data Governance, Audit & Compliance
- Serve as the centre's Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements and promoting good data governance practices. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across organisational and sector systems.
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely submission of documentation and follow-up actions.
- Ensure staff's knowledge and compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data protection policies, workplace safety and health policies, and other organisational policies.
- Change Management & Workplace Safety
- Act as the centre's Change Agent, supporting communication and implementation of organisational changes, new processes, and system enhancements.
- Serve as Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer, coordinating workplace safety initiatives, emergency response drills, and compliance checks.
- Programme & Operational Support
- Oversee and provide administrative and logistical support for centre-based programmes, events, and operational activities.
- Other Duties
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects assigned to support centre operations.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the social service sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised and meticulous in generating and ensuring accuracy of reports.
- Service-oriented
- Tech savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
