- Oversee programs & process to maximise the effectiveness & efficiency of the DPS ANZ Sales Force and contribute significantly to total business performance and growth.

- A ccountable for effectiveness of metrics to measure and track the sustainability of the SFE drivers over time demonstrating their impact on our customers' experience and business results
- Accountable to DPS leadership for the ongoing evolution and operation of our Sales Incentive programs and system solutions to ensure sales forces remains motivated and rewarded for appropriate behaviours .
- Contracts & Tender Management (Contract Lifecycle Management)
- Strategic Focus
- Deal Analytics : A nalytics & deal structures recommendations that support pricing and contract decisions in line with Commercial strategy.
- Bid Excellence : T ender/Agreement lifecycle management from p re- t ender to contract c ompliance that improves internal organizational efficiency and customer experience
- Deal Execution & Administration : Internally efficient o perational rhythm for on-time delivery of accurate customer pricing and contract administration
- Accountabilities
- Chair DPS ANZ Contracts & Pricing Committee (CPC) to drive accelerated operationalisation of innovative commercial models .
- Provide business with smooth operational environment for all deal structuring, analytics, implementation and tracking.
- Provide leadership & direction for continuous process improvement across Bids & Tenders end to end process with the aim to create operational efficiencies and increase value back to the business
- Partner with Commercial leads to e mbed full life cycle management of customer deals.
- Oversee commercial analytics scenario planning with S ales, M arketing & Corporate Account leads
- Ensure all compliance requirements are conducted to time & quality . I nclud ing SOX reviews , deal approvals , contract com pliance .
- Manage escalations with commercial business leaders of rebate related revenue recognition adjustments
- Develop capability & co-design tools to effectively monitor contract performance & influence business decisions to capture revenue leakage opportunities.
- Strategic Insights & Pricing
- Accountabilities
- P rovide DPS ANZ specific insights & reporting related to commercial success levers such as external market share , price and portfolio management .
- Partner with government affairs and Commercial leads to p rovide advice & analytical insights on projects with external consulting groups , industry partners and government agencies . Eg Prescribed List reform.
- Team Management
- Responsible for organisational design of team to maximise its overall contribution to DPS ANZ .
- Lead and develop capability within the group.
- Identify & attract diverse talent through succession planning
- Connect and inclusively lead the team through our wider J&J matrix environment
